Firstly, HAP comes from "Hwaseong city and People". Also, the pronunciation of the word HAP means "combined" & "together" in Korean.
HAP festival is an international art exchange festival presented online and aims for a new festival platform
that introduces artists and their works of various genres at home and abroad.
